We Came As Romans Announce ‘Darkbloom II’ US Headline Tour

Photo via Press

We Came As Romans really are making the most of their time out here. Perhaps that’s because their recent album Darkbloom in another time may not have even happened. Perhaps it’s because they are living each moment like it’s the last they will ever get in memory of their brother Kyle Pavone. Whatever it is, it is an absolute joy to behold and long may it continue. The band seem to be feeling the buzz as well, as with the first leg of their US headline tour ending, they have already announced the next one.

The ‘Darkbloom II’ tour will be taking place between the start of October, kicking off in Indianapolis, through to the end of November, ending in Nashville. And WCAR will be joined by three heavyweights of heavy music, all showcasing a different strand. There is the legendary Emmure, who crafted the path for all who have followed since. There’s Bodysnatcher, who are bringing back deathcore in the way it used to be. And Archetypes Collide, who deliver forward-thinking metalcore for the masses.

Vocalist Dave Stephens had this to say about the announcement:

“After selling out every show of Darkbloom part one earlier this year and seeing the demand for the tour, we wanted to bring it to some of the cities we weren’t able to play. We have worked hard to brainstorm a lineup that showcases the diversity of heavy music from Archetypes Collide to Bodysnatcher to Emmure. We have toured with Emmure more times than I can count, but this time will be one of the most exciting for us as it will be their first since late 2019.”
