As per usual, The Maine has been more than generous to fans, offering amazing collabs, dropping an incredible ninth record, and sharing new acoustic renditions of their singles. After teasing a snippet of the track earlier this week, the group finally shared a stripped-down version of the dance-inducing, pop-laced banger “blame,” resulting in a haunting, heartfelt performance. Frontman John O’Callaghan’s vocals absolutely shine on this somber rendition, departing from the glitzy disco aesthetics and sounds of its original counterpart. Frankly, be prepared to sob. Listen to The Maine’s acoustic reinterpretation of “blame” below. In a recent Instagram clip, listeners can… Read more »

In fact, many celebrities seem to be cosplaying as service workers. Spotted working in Florence, AL, in mid-summer, Del Rey still took pictures with fans and even signed a few autographs along the way. This is all fine and dandy, but the biggest question the internet was… Read more »

boygenius have shared an amazing animated visual for their beautifully cathartic song, “Cool About It” today. A group that is praised for their remarkable lyricism, the last verse of this track is absolutely astonishing. They are capable of painting a vivid picture of human emotion and experience, with such simple delivery. “But we don’t have to talk about it / I can walk you home and practice method acting / I’ll pretend being with you doesn’t feel like drowning / Tellin’ you it’s nice to see how good you’re doing / Even though we know it isn’t true”. boygenius depicts… Read more »
