Following the release of “Bad Drugs” featuring City Mouth earlier this year, Sundressed has delivered their follow-up single “Fuck It Up” via Rude Records. The latest effort from the indie-punk four-piece also features legendary label mates Have Mercy.
“Fuck It Up” sees vocalists Trevor Hedges of Sundressed and Brian Swindle of Have Mercy confronting anxiety when everything in life seems to be going too well and facing the lingering feeling that you’ll inevitably fuck it up.
“This one is about the anxiety of screwing things up when everything is going so well,” Hedges shares in a press release. “We had a ton of fun having Brian Swindle sing on the track and this is one of the heaviest ones we’ve ever done.”
“We’ve known Sundressed for awhile now,” Swindle explains. “When they asked if we wanted to be involved on their new track, it was a no brainer. They’re one of the hardest working bands and some of the kindest people. If they didn’t live across the country I bet we would hangout every day.”
Sundressed are currently on tour through mid-May with FRNDCRCL, Brooklane, and Diva Bleach routing throughout the run.
