Indie-pop sensation Soccer Mommy is at it again with a brand new single, “Lost,” an inexplicably nostalgic tune that hooks you with its acoustic simplicity, elevated by splashes of violin. Let Sophie Allison put you in your feels as she spills her soulful lyrics all over the dreamy, analog track. It’s everything you’d from Soccer Mommy and more.
“Lost” is the first song Soccer Mommy has released since 2022 Album Sometimes Forever caught the attention of virtually everyone in the indie scene. The album’s success transformed Sophie Allison from an NYU student displaying her talents at small-time, local gigs to the international indie-pop prodigy that Soccer Mommy is today. Allison’s feather-light voice and effortlessly enticing musical stylings are currently on display in the United States and the United Kingdom via The Lost Shows Tour.
The current U.S. leg of the tour is already sold out and scheduled to conclude in Nashville, TN, this weekend. The next segment kicks off in Southampton, UK, on Friday, June 28, and continues through July 10 before returning to the U.S. for its final dates in July, August, and September.
