Following the release of “M” in August, Soccer Mommy is back with her new track, “Driver” from her forthcoming LP Evergreen due out on October 25 via Loma Vista Recordings. Additionally, the dazzling indie artist announced international tour dates spanning from this fall into spring 2025.
Of the new track and accompanying music video, Soccer Mommy shares, “’Driver’ is a love song that’s really about someone being there for you in spite of your shortcomings. It’s more light-hearted than some of the other songs I’ve put out this year, using my distractedness as a bit of a punchline.”
Check out “Driver” below.
On Instagram, the artist shares od the upcoming LP, “I wanted to change things up a bit on this one and play around with some more organic textures. It was really important for me that the songwriting shone through everything and came to the forefront. These songs are very close to my heart and I hope they become close to some of yours as well!”
