Scene Queen has gifted us thrilling bimbocore singles including “Whips & Chains,” “Stuck,” and “Finger,” but now, her entire debut album is here. Hot Singles In Your Area is “about growing up in the early 2000s but not exploring my sexuality until my 20s with all the messy and chaotic situations you find yourself in when you’re trying to find yourself and your own power,” Scene Queen (aka Hannah Collins) says. Across her poppy, edgy, and straight-up hot 15-track LP, the artist shares punchy, shimmering sonics and sex-positive lyrics. Plus, the record features the iconic The Ready Set, up-and-comer 6arelyhuman, and WARGASM (UK).
On top of releasing her high-anticipated debut, Scene Queen launched a music video for her closing song, “Climax.” This offering ends the high-impact record on a soft, introspective note.

Scene Queen says on social media, “’Climax’ the final music video for my album Hot Singles In Your Area is out now. I wrote an album about all of the things that made me want to become this alter ego and why I felt it was necessary. I wrote about trauma I experienced in the scene and in life and how I grew from it to reclaim my power and my sexuality along the way. This project has given me so much confidence and independence I never knew I could have and changed my life in ways I could never say thank you enough for.”
She continues, “But, with the growth of all things Scene Queen, I realized that while getting all the things I wanted career-wise, I was neglecting the joy in my time as Hannah. So after the record, I decided it was time to start living. And I was hit so hard with support and love from a place I never expected. I wanted to wrap up this era with a little love song to my significant other and to everyone that has helped me transition into this crazy new era of my life. On my worst days, you keep me going. This song was made months after I had wrapped all of the album writing sessions but felt like I had more to say.”
