Great news indie kids, Remo Drive is back in action with a brand-new single “New In Town,” accompanied by an aesthetically retro music video via Epitaph Records.

In true-to-form Remo Drive fashion, vocalist/guitarist Erik Paulson as well as bassist and brother Stephen, are the ideal duo to deliver honest and raw emo-tinged indie tracks. Preceded by the Halloween-released “No, There’s No Hope For You,” “New In Town,” follows Erik’s real-life journey moving from his home state of Minnesota to Albany, NY and feeling a bit lost in the mix of a new city. Check out the track below.

“’New in Town’ is a song about the loneliness of moving to a new city, being the only stranger in a room full of old friends, and misconstruing bar names for human names,” Erik says of the track. “This song came to be after an especially homesick night, but really, took its shape throughout the recording process. It’s our quietest song yet, and one of our most adventurous productions.”

Beginning March 8, Remo Drive is heading out on a massive U.S. tour that kicks off in Des Moines and concludes in Minneapolis on April 14. Wilt will join the tour as support beginning on March 18 in Phoenix. Check out the full list of dates below. Ticket sales begin on Friday, December 8 at 10 AM local time.
