poptropicaslutz! Feel “Upside Down” On Brand New Track

Alt-pop duo, poptropicaslutz! are back again with another heater of a track. “Upside Down” comes as the second single from their upcoming debut album Face For The Radio due out October 5th via Epitaph Records. Following “What Would You Do To Get Ahead(line)?“, the new track is a little more digestible to a larger audience. It has an incredibly catchy chorus, something poptropicaslutz! is iconic for. They teamed up with merging hip-hop artist, PmBata to feature on the track. Courtney Ballard and KodeBlooded collaborated on the production of the new single.

Speaking on the new track and their upcoming album, the duo shared: “Upside Down is a song about escapism and getting a new lease on life. It’s about coming to realize that the people around you are just prolonging the inevitable….so instead of running away, you run straight in. Having a ‘face for the radio’ has historically described those better fit for something else…. those set up for success, but not in their own lane. At times, that’s been us, but not anymore.”
