Today, New England’s resident powerhouse rock band Four Year Strong shared their new single, “bad habit.” Straight from the analysis paralysis tracklist, “bad habit” is a ferocious headbanger of a song with relatable and resonant lyrics. Accompanying the single’s release is a music video composed of tour footage where the band members goof off, rock out, and mosh with the crowds. Preorder analysis paralysis here, and check out the “bad habit” music video below.

When Four Year Strong began preparing for the album, they showed up at producer Will Putney’s studio without any complete tracks. A total 180 from their approach to 2020’s Brain Pain, which they started by bringing over 40 ideas to the table. Vocalist/Guitarists Dan O’Connor and Alan Day sat with Putney and started listening to and conversing about music to gather inspiration. They found it in their roots, the very soul of Four Year Strong as a band. Energetic pop-punk music with nimble-fingered riffs and a hard-core attitude. Within a month, the album was nearly complete, and on August 9, you can hear the blood, sweat, and tears for yourself. Preorder analysis paralysis today.
