Chad Tepper ‘Never Stood A Chance’ On Debut Album

Charismatic Los Angeles artist, Chad Tepper has shared his debut album Never Stood A Chance via Epitaph Records today. To celebrate this release, he dropped a brand new song “Run The World” featuring Bryce Vine with a hilarious and gripping music video. Tepper has mastered infusing hip-hop elements into guitar driven, upbeat pop punk tracks. He balances being playful and chaotic with notes of authenticity and self-reflection. Never Stood A Chance is the perfect album to close out your summer.

Speaking on the new track, Tepper shared: “It’s a fun little “Fuck you” song to the world. Felt like a super 2000s alt vibe which is the music that I love. I think all of us from time to time need that “put your chest out” feeling to remind ourselves that we are badass the way we are, so this is nothing more than just a fun one that hopefully gets people to move, dance and feel like the shit even for 2 minutes.” Check out the music video below!

With the new album, Tepper said: “It’s a mix of all the elements that make me, me. There’s alt, 2000s pop punk, some rap melodies from my childhood that I loved, just all my inspirations tied into one. This album can’t be boxed into a “genre” if it’s a genre it would just be “Chad Tepper” because it really is my soul and all the music that’s been in my DNA since being a homeless kid growing up in Orlando.”
