Blind Channel Covers Backstreet Boys’ “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” At idobi Studios

Blind Channel Backstreet BoysEverybody (Backstreet's Back)

After delivering mesmerizing performances of their hit tracks, “DEADZONE” and their 2021 Eurovision Song Contest track, “Dark Side,” which garnered the nu-metal act a sixth-place placement at the competition, Blind Channel is back…alright! This time, they’ve brought all of the gooey boy-band goodness to life at the idobi Radio Studios with their cover of the Backstreet Boys’ “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back).”

The six-piece—comprised of duo vocalists Joel Hokka and Niko Moilanen, guitarist Joonas Porko, bassist Olli Matela, drummer Tommi Lalli, and percussionist Aleksi Kaunisvesi—clad in all black, brings a playful albeit dark essence to the 1997 pop sensation. While the whole performance is a treat for alternative and pop fans alike, the spotlight moments include vocalist Niko Moilanen’s exceptional falsetto and Joel Hokka’s ability to bring the party with the rest of his bandmates.
