Los Angeles rock trio, Beauty School Dropout are back at it again with another new song. “Beautiful Waste” is a track the band has been playing all summer long on their tour supporting Matchbox Twenty. They have also been teasing the chorus on TikTok for what feels like forever now, so fans are ecstatic that the tune is finally out! An inherently poppier track for the group, “Beautiful Waste” stays true in Beauty School Dropout nature with the lyricism and attitude.
Speaking on the new track, the band shared “Beautiful Waste is about chasing that relationship that is built to fail. Everyone has that someone that they would bend over backwards for… but you might not see the love returned. To sum it up: ‘I can take you out for breakfast, but he can take you around the world.’”

Beauty School Dropout has also shared the news of their second studio album READY TO EAT due October 13th via Verswire. This will stand as their sophomore effort, following their 2022 release WE MADE PLANS & GOD LAUGHED. In the last year, the band has shared a few stand alone singles including “dying to be you” and “FREAK“, which features jxdn. It is unclear whether or not these songs will also be on the upcoming album. However, there is no doubt the new record will be full of great tunes. Mark Hoppus and Pete Wentz don’t just sign anybody, and the Dropout boys being their first endeavor with Verswire speaks volumes.
