On August 22, Twitter/X was buzzing with excitement over possible teasers signaling an As It Is return. Earlier in the month, fans noticed that former band vocalist and guitarist Ben Langford-Biss changed his Twitter/X and Instagram bios to include @asitisofficial. On August 30, a new post from Langford-Biss stirred up even more excitement for fans. The musician posted a photo reading “as it is” in black and white.
A Twitter/X user asked, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING,” to which Langford-Biss simply answered, “photoshop.” Whether he is teasing or messing around with future logo ideas, this would look very cool on a black shirt.
Fans definitely believe an As It Is reunion is imminent. Aside from the band wiping socials, when logging onto www.asitis.store, viewers will arrive at a full-page band photo featuring the group’s logo. Below it, you can see the years 2012-2022, though, duct tape covered in question marks covers the year 2022. Attached below the band photo is the note, “Be the first to hear about any /\\ctivity…” with an option to fill out your name and e-mail.
Additionally, at the Heavy Music Awards 2024 ceremony, which took place on August 22, Langford-Biss and Patty Walters took to the red carpet to take a stunning photo together.
Fingers crossed we get to see these two back in action ASAP.
