Following the announcement of their exciting reunion as well as the 10 year anniversary performance of their full-length album Never Happy, Ever After at Slam Dunk Fest in 2025, As It Is has launched their forthcoming compilation album A Decade Uneventful: B-Sides & Rarities (2012 – 2022) with several unreleased tracks and demos. The compilation LP is slated to arrive on November 20.
Arriving today, September 11, the group has released the first five tracks of the comp, including two 2017 tracks, a 2017 demo, a 2018 live demo, and a 2018 demo. Amongst the new releases, As It Is has also issued a music video to accompany the release of “Balloons.”
The band shares on their social platforms, “A collection of b-sides & rarities from The Great Depression era are now yours to stream, as of midnight local time. Featuring b-sides, unheard demo versions and a never before heard song live from the studio sessions. It’s been a decade uneventful.”
They continue in a follow-up post, “Welcome (temporarily) back to The Great Depression.”
