YUNGBLUD, aka Dominic Harrison, is the Gen Z rock ‘n’ roll king using his talents to collaborate with some of the most dazzling veteran rockstars in the game. In December, the artist released his full One More Time EP with Aerosmith feauturing lead single “My Only Angel.” And we definitely can’t forget Harrison’s work with Steven Tyler at the 2025 MTV VMAs to honor the late and great Ozzy Osbourne—a main inspiration and beloved friend of YUNGBLUD.
Following the Aerosmith crossover, the young artist also revealed a reimagined “Zombie” with none other than The Smashing Pumpkins. Now, rumors are swirling around the rock world that a YUNGBLUD and Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam crossover may be in the works. While we wait to see what else Harrison has up his sleeve, we can hope and dream that these are the next rockstars on his roster. From Green Day to Oasis, here are the YUNGBLUD collabs we’d love to see soon.
Green Day
Green Day and YUNGBLUD are cut from the same cloth, using their punk for progressive politics. Beyond standing up for marginalized groups and giving the middle finger to corrupt politicians and organizations, the two acts have used their music to share their deepest moments of grief with fans, totally letting their walls down, such as in the case of “Wake Me Up When September Ends” and “Hated.” Between their shared beliefs and their dazzling sonics, Billie Joe Armstrong and Harrison would make a lovely vocal pairing. In fact, YUNGBLUD is already set for a “Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)” collab.
Oasis
Like most British rock lovers, YUNGBLUD is also obsessed with Oasis. And can you blame him? The duo made “Champagne Supernova,” after all—the same song YUNGBLUD and mgk covered while isolating during the COVID-19 lockdowns. And now that Liam and Noel Gallagher are back in action…it only makes sense that YUNGBLUD and Oasis bridge the gap between many generations of Britpop and rock fans.
Queen
After covering “We Are The Champions” by Queen via Apple Music, YUNGBLUD was met with some vitriolic comments from so-called fans of the classic rock group. However, the band’s very own Brian May shared on social media, “I remember so clearly the same kind of derision being poured on Freddie when we started out as Queen. As soon as I see someone who can inspire such strong reactions, positive and negative, I’m sure this person is a star performer.”
Of course, Queen will never be the same without Freddie Mercury, but Adam Lambert and the crew aren’t done performing yet. If YUNGBLUD gets to head onstage with the OG group, that would be a major win for rock fans everywhere.
The Rolling Stones
Mick Jagger and YUNGBLUD simply adore each other. In fact, the Rolling Stones frontman has already gifted Harrison a guitar. So…the next logical step would be to make some more British rock ‘n’ roll history by sharing the stage, or at least, the recording studio.
Sublime
It might seem like an unlikely pairing, but YUNBGLUD proved he can get down with the West Coast ska punk/reggae sound when he performed a cover of Sublime‘s ’90s banger “What I Got.” TBH, Harrison and Sublime frontman Jakob Nowell are both young guys keeping the old school rock genres alive. So, it only makes sense in our heads that they team up one day. It would be totally rad, dude, innit?
