Today we talk about the tragedy in Uvalde, Texas, Steven Tyler cancelling dates for his Las Vegas residency, and an interesting law proposed in Oklahoma. The Uvalde Shooting Our country mourns as another mass shooting took the lives of 21 people yesterday in Texas. 19 of those lives lost were children and 2 of those were teachers at the elementary school where the tragedy took place. According to CNN,, the gunman was 18 years old and fully wrote his intentions on Facebook before committing the crime. Aerosmith Steven Tyler grants dying man’s wish


The colors were a bit faded, but the design of Lawrence Ori’s only tattoo was still visible. He couldn’t raise his arm proudly to show you anymore, but you could still see the Aerosmith logo there on his bicep.

It’s not just the tattoo. Aerosmith weaved its way through Ori’s life in both obvious and subtle ways. His license plate read “ROCKN” and his cell phone played the band’s classic “Dream On”.

Aerosmith's Tyler Walks This Way to Rehab


Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, a poster boy for rock ‘n’ roll decadence in the 1970s, has entered a Los Angeles rehab facility after two decades as a passionate advocate of sobriety, according to an report. The Web site TMZ.com reported on Wednesday the 60-year-old rocker sought treatment for an unspecified substance abuse problem at Aurora Las Encinas Hospital. The Pasadena clinic’s physicians include high-profile addiction medicine specialist Drew Pinsky. A publicist for Aerosmith said she did not know about the report. Aerosmith Gears Up for Tour, Live Album


New York – Aerosmith will reconvene in late August or early September to prepare for a tour that will begin in the fall, guitarist Joe Perry told Billboard. Los Angeles – Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler and his wife of 17 years, Teresa, are separating, the singer announced Sunday. Tyler, 56, asked the public to respect his family’s privacy in a statement released through the band’s publicist, Mitch Schneider. “Before the tabloid media makes more of this than it is, I am announcing that my wife Teresa and I are currently separated,” Tyler said. “We’re just a family trying to work through a difficult time. The long expected blues album from veteran rock act Aerosmith will finally arrive later this month. “Honkin’ on Bobo,” due March 30 via Columbia, finds the band paying homage to its influences as it covers a host of blues classics.
