Here’s What The Cure Played At Their Riot Fest Headlining Set


At this year’s Riot Fest, a manifold of performers showed up and showed out at the Chicago-based punk festival. From Taylor Acorn and Death Cab For Cutie to Sleep Token and Death Grips, there was a fabulous set for every kind of alternative fan. Riot Fest Unveils 2023 Lineup With Foo Fighters And The Cure


Riot Fest, one of the most eagerly-awaited music festivals of the year, has just announced its mind-blowing 3-day lineup for 2023. This year’s headliners are none other than the legendary Foo Fighters, The Cure, The Postal Service/Death Cab For Cutie, Queens Of The Stone Age, Turnstile, and The Mars Volta. The Cure Announce One Final Show To End North American Tour


Legendary goth-rock band, The Cure, have once again added on to their lengthy tour of North America this year. The band joked that this would be the “final last show” added to the run. They have added an extra date in San Francisco on May 29th at the Shoreline Amphitheatre as their appearance at the same spot on May 27th is completely sold out. Tickets for this additional date will go on sale this Friday, April 28th at 10am. The Cure Announce More Dates On North American Tour


The Cure are hitting the road again for the first time since 2016 with a full North American Headline Tour. Today the band announced the expansion of the “Songs of a Lost World” tour by four additional cities, including San Diego, Atlanta, Portland, and Montreal. Frontman Robert Smith has also hinted that concerts in Mexico and South America will be revealed later this month. The iconic goth-rock group will be joined by The Twilight Sad. The Cure And The Pixies Reunite At The Daydream Festival


Saturday, August 31, The Pixies and The Cure will share the stage again for the first time in 30 years at the Daydream Festival in Pasadena, CA. The Cure are throwing the festival to commemorate their 40 year musical anniversary. The Cure record postponed again


The Cure’s 14th studio record has been postponed for a second time and will not hit stores until next spring, the band’s record company said on Thursday. “The album got pushed to 2008, more like an April/May release. Robert is still recording,” a Geffen Records spokeswoman said from New York, referring to the band’s frontman Robert Smith.
