The Maine will be joining the Sad Summer Festival and we could not be more thrilled. Taking Back Sunday is headlining the event and they’ll both be joined by PVRIS, Hot Mulligan, Mom Jeans, Stand Atlantic, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Head Automatica, L.S. Dunes, and Motion City Soundtrack.
This week Jess & Bowie chat all about Sad Summer Fest and being back on tour. Jess gives us the run down on life on tour with the Summer Set, the bumpy tour life that is being on the road in a bandwagon (because there are no tour buses available!), technical issues on stage, gear melting in the heat, the Summer Set’s Sad Summer Fest crew set up and what a day in the life of a touring band is really like!

Today we talk about the life of Gilbert Gottfried, a new Harlem Festival of Culture, and an update on the subway attack in Brooklyn. Remembering Gilbert Gottfried We lost a great comedian and perhaps one of the most distinguishable voices in the entertainment industry yesterday.
