Ahead of the release of with you in spirit, Balance And Composure dropped the Will Yip-produced title track. The LP arrives out on October 4 via Memory Music. Previously the alt-indie act released “cross to bear,” “sorrow machine,” “any means,” and “believe the hype.” The track deals with a familiar, yet uncomfortable feeling: grief.
