American Idol got a little *freaky* on its Sunday, March 9 season 23 premiere. One contestant stood in front of the three judges (Lionel Richie, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan) to perform Korn‘s “Freak On A Leash.” The contestant, named Insite, also had long hair perfect for headbanging, and he nailed Jonathan Davis‘ beatboxing portion. Uniquely, Underwood knew each and every Korn lyric, and even joined Insite on the floor to perform “Bodies” by Drowing Pool. Kellin Quinn has officially released his full debut LP A Collection Of Greetings from his side project Haunted Mouths via Rise Records. The Sleeping With Sirens frontman also debuted the official music video for new track “Meanwhile.” It is Valentine’s Day after all, so Quinn shares that the mellow, atmospheric “Meanwhile” is about “enduring love.” He sings, “Wherever you are/Wherever you go/My love will follow.” Quinn notes, “I hope that people will listen to this album while driving at night.
