Though, on September 21 at the St. Louis stop, a very special guest joined the lineup: Chris Carrabba’s son, Caden. On beloved track “Vindicated,” Caleb came out and performed alongside his dad as the drummer. This week I have long time friend and drummer Chris Kamrada from the band Dashboard Confessional, I first was introduced to him by JR from Less Than Jake when JR was managing Kamrada’s band “There For Tomorrow.” Chris and I then for many years would be up for a lot of the same drumming gigs and would tour along side each other, we got to know each other on the road but I brought him on to get the story of how he got to where he is today.
Dashboard Confessional is keeping the momentum going and heading out on another tour. This time with Counting Crows. The tour will kick on June 17th in Indianapolis and will continue until September 25th in Morrison, Colorado.
