Jo Koy hosted the Golden Globes and his presence was, without a doubt, memorable. And, our very own Tommy Wooldridge worked on the short filmed version of ‘Night Swim’ back in 2014. The feature film is in theaters now so he reflects back on helping with the short a decade ago, which was filmed in Michelle Branch’s pool.
“One Night Stand You” is a damn good example of all the things Beauty School Dropout does best in their musicality. This past weekend, Billie Eilish channeled her inner Holiday Barbie during her most recent Saturday Night Live performance. Weird Barbie herself, Kate McKinnon, introduced the performance along with Barbie film director, Greta Gerwig, to present Eilish’s song, “What Was I Made For?” She wrapped the evening with a soulful rendition of “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.” The holiday classic captures a jazzy feel with light rata tapping drums and pizzicato playing of the cello.
