We The Kings has officially shared their rendition of “Go The Distance” from the Disney classic film Hercules. The track is set to appear on Disney‘s forthcoming pop-punk compilation album, A Whole New Sound, due out on September 6. Previously released covers include Simple Plan‘s reworking of “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from The Lion King, Magnolia Park‘s cover of “I2I” from A Goofy Movie, and New Found Glory‘s rendition of “Part Of Your World” from The Little Mermaid. Today, Friday, February 2, Danny Duncan, a founding member of the pop-punk mainstays We The Kings, has announced that he has parted ways with the band.
