Following Chiodos’ triumphant return at When We Were Young Fest in Las Vegas, NV, this past weekend, a documentary meant to come out over a decade ago has leaked online. The documentary covers Craig Owens and past members’ childhoods, how the band formed, and the rise of the band in the early-mid 2000s. In a recent social media statement, metalcore mainstays Veil Of Maya revealed that they are going on hiatus and canceling all forthcoming shows, effective immediately. The post reads, “We have made the difficult decision to have Veil Of Maya go on hiatus and we will not be playing any of the upcoming festivals or tours.” It continues, “We apologize to our fans and appreciate everyone’s support over the years. Say WHAT?! So What?! Music Festival is back and has announced its 2024 lineup. It rages on June 1 and 2 with Underoath and Skillet as headliners. Boys Like Girls, Silverstein, and The Amity Affliction, along with others, will play at the Fort Worth, TX festival at Panther Island Pavilion. Tickets go on sale Thursday, January 25, at 12 PM CST. The annual Welcome To Rockville in Daytona Beach, FL has announced the set times for this year’s four-day event, which marks the festival’s twelfth year in production.
