Maryland’s Small Press Expo and Nickelodeon have announced the results of Nickelodeon’s open call for submissions to its Global Animated Short Program in 2015. New York illustrator and cartoonist Max Wittert was selected from SPX to develop his animation “Best Baddies.”
SpongeBob, Dora the Explorer and the Rugrats could all become rock stars in the next few years.
