One of my good friends Jordan from The Ready Set calls into the show and discusses his new single, “Give Me Your Hand,” as well as upcoming plans with new music. Witzigreuter discussed his frustrations with the release of “Give Me Your Hand (Best Song Ever)” being pushed back; Something is always getting pushed back – if I say something comes out in May, it’s going to come out in July. That seems to be the common situation. So my way of dealing with that is just constantly writing. I’ll deal with whenever something comes out, but I want to… Read more »
My good friend Jordan The Ready Set calls into The Gunz Show very early in the morning as we discuss international touring, The Blackout Tour, and his new single! “The single is the only one we have 100% done, but I’ve got like 25 [songs] done right now, and I’m going to try to get another 25 when I get back to LA after this tour.” Witzigreuter also says he hopes to have the band’s new album out by the end of summer.
This week I have Jordan Witzigreuter from his solo project “The Ready Set.” I first met him in 2009 when my band The Bigger Lights got to tour with him, he was opening for us and within months he exploded and became a superstar on the radio charts. We’ve kept in touch this whole time and have become good friends over the years, I have him on my show and teaches me how he got his start to where he is now, this week on my show!
When I catch up with Jordan Witzigreuter, he’s hours away from hitting the stage for the second time on the Fight For Something Tour with Tonight Alive and Set It Off. The newest chapter of The Ready Set feels like a fresh start for more reasons than his newly green head of hair

Speaking of reunion tours, You may just need to secure your tickets to The Dillinger… Read more »

The song comes from the artist’s October-released studio album Cherryland, which also features singles “Teammate,” “Who You Really Are,” and “Loose Change.” The new Ryan Blewett-directed music video features an energetic Witzigreuter dancing around a white room. Halloween is basically emo kid Christmas. It’s the season of the year where you can don silver chains and skull jewelry, create fake blood makeup, decorate your house with every single Jack Skellington item in existence, and more, without any questions from the normies of the world. Additionally, it’s the time when celebs such as Heidi Klum use their wealth for good and make elaborate, cool costumes such as this year’s peacock offering featuring 10 Cirque Du Soleil performers as her feathers. Shaquille O’Neal also had a standout costume, wearing a black wig with swoopy bangs and lip ring to… Read more »
