Among the latest performances announced for the 46th Annual GRAMMY(R) Awards telecast are Prince, The Black Eyed Peas with Justin Timberlake, and Beyonce; a special segment celebrating the 40th Anniversary of The Beatles’ first U.S. appearance on “The Ed Sullivan Show” featuring Sting, Dave Matthews, Vince Gill, and Pharrell Williams; and a tribute to late singer/songwriter Warren Zevon with Jackson Browne, Emmylou Harris, Timothy B. Legislators Seeking Web-Music Fee Cap

Capitol Hill politicians supportive of getting tunes flowing on the Internet are expected to push legislation Thursday ordering music companies to offer the same price when cutting various deals with Web denizens. Rep. Rick Boucher (D-Va.), whose home state includes tech giant AOL Time Warner, is slated to hold an early morning press conference detailing the bill, which is being co-sponsored by Rep.
