RIAA lawyers say service should switch to a method in which permission would be sought in advance for every file. Napster has “flagrantly and intentionally” failed to filter out copyrighted songs, music industry lawyers said Tuesday (March 27), asking a judge to force the file-sharing service to switch to a “filter-in” method in which only specifically authorized songs would be available. Ronnie Ficarro- Touring Bass Player


This week I have a long time friend Ronnie Ficarro on the show, I’ve known him now for 21 years. He was the first person I met on the Warped Tour in 2002, he and I played in I Am Ghost, Falling In Reverse, Mest, and TIN Band together for a period of time, he now plays bass on the road for Mammoth WVH, and other countless acts. He’s one of my closest friends and everyone this week gets to learn about Ronnie Ficarro!
