Panic! At The Disco‘s dazzling debut, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, is officially 20 years old. In fact, the ensemble just headlined When We Were Young 2025 this past weekend and played the entire record in full, and then some.
To celebrate the monumental anniversary, PATD has revealed that A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out 20th Anniversary Deluxe is arriving on January 23. And that’s not all…Panic! also just dropped Panic! At The Disco Live In Denver on streaming platforms and is arriving on vinyl.
The 20th anniversary vinyl contains a remastered version of the OG record as well as a second LP full of unreleased demos. You can also score a variety of merch, including an album cover-themed blanket, scarf, and more.
On its 20th anniversary, September 27, 2025, the band Instagram account shared, “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out turns another year older today (that’s two decades for those keeping score at home). It started when four kids skipped their high school graduation, piled into a van, and drove from Vegas to Maryland to turn a dream into a record. Finishing the album alone felt like a victory, and no one knew if anyone would listen. The fact that you’re still pressing play all these years later is something else entirely. Thank you.”
