Laura Jane Grace In The Trauma Tropes is gearing up to release her new album Adventure Club tomorrow, July 18, via Polyvinyl Record Co. Ahead of the full LP drop, the punk veteran just released “New Years Day,” preceded by “Wearing Black,” “Active Trauma,” “Mine Me Mine” and “Your God (God’s D*ck).” The sonically bright track features harmonies from Paris Campbell Grace as Jane Grace navigates sobriety singing, “The future’s coming into view/Won’t give the past what I’ve got left/In one years time on this same day/I swear to god I will be changed.”
