Paris Hilton Hooks Up With Lil Jon, Shares Her Horsemeat Gross-Out

New York – Paris Hilton has been trying to hold down a job.

She flitted from city to city on her “Simple Life”-sponsored tour of the East Coast for the last four weeks, taking on a new internship wherever her Greyhound bus

stopped. The trip provided the premise for the FOX show’s forthcoming third season, “Simple Life 3: Interns,” but also gave the hotel heiress an appreciation for a healthy work ethic. Now that she’s back home, all she wants to do is get back to work.

“I need to be in the studio, like, tomorrow,” Hilton said Sunday night at her “Welcome Back” party at the bar Bungalow 8.

Though Hilton originally started working on her debut album in a much more leisurely fashion, she’s since started feeling the pressure of a deadline to deliver the LP in time for a February release. She meant to work with Lil Jon – who agreed to produce some tracks for her – but got caught up filming her movie “Pledge This!” in Miami, while he got sidetracked working with his crew the East Side Boyz. But prior to her trip, he sent over four tracks for her to consider, and she’s picked the one she likes, a song called “That’s Hot.” Despite his reputation, Jon said the song didn’t have a crunk beat, that it was “just a club song.”

“It’s just Paris being Paris,” he said. “Rich and gorgeous and all that good stuff.”

“It’s really like hip-hop though,” Hilton said. “So I told him to tone it down a little. It’s hot, but it’s more like for Lil’ Kim, and I told him to make it more like me.”

Meanwhile, Hilton still plans to team up with the Black Eyed Peas to write a song, and she recently finished a retooled, rockier version of her first single, “Screwed,” with producer Rob Cavallo, after recording an earlier version with Robb Boldt.

“It’s not what you think!” she wrote of the song’s title in her book, “Confessions of an Heiress.” “It’s about a girl who really falls for a guy and knows she’s emotionally in too deep and in trouble, so she’s screwed. When my parents heard the title, they weren’t too happy, but my mother listened to it, and she loves it. When I heard it – before I recorded it – I didn’t even think about the double meaning.”

Outside of working on her album, Hilton said that her “Simple Life” experience this time around convinced her and co-star Nicole Richie that they wouldn’t last long working a real job in the real world, if it weren’t for a reality show. “We would not like to work 9 to 5,” she said.

But what if she were forced to, like the heiress heroines in the just-announced Jessica Simpson and Hilary Duff movie projects? Hilton said if she had to, she’d consider revisiting her “Simple Life” internship of feeding animals at the Baltimore Zoo. One caveat – she only wants to take care of the giraffes.

“I would not take care of polar bears,” she insisted. “You have to feed them dead animals, cut up horsemeat. It’s gross. It’s sick.”
