Rain City Drive Shares Vulnerable New Single, “Neverbloom”

Following the massive success of their April single, “Medicate Me,” featuring the talent of Dayseeker vocalist Rory Rodriguez, Rain City Drive has unveiled their vulnerable new track, “Neverbloom.” “I wrote ‘Neverbloom’ about my dad who passed when I was 24,” vocalist Matt McAndrew candidly shares in a press release. “I find myself thinking how I wish he could see the things I’ve accomplished and the man that I’ve become. It’s about learning to live with the reality that he only got to see the beginning of my journey, the seeds I planted, but won’t see my flowers bloom.” Read more:… Read more »

Dark Divine Ignites On Fiery New Track, “Burn The Witch”

Marking their first release since their September 2023-released Deadly Fun, Dark Divine has unleashed their fiery new single, “Burn The Witch.”  “‘Burn the Witch’ is a song about the realization that sometimes toxicity has a lasting effect on one’s personality,” lead vocalist Anthony Martinez shares of the new single in a press release. “Even though we may separate from toxicity, it doesn’t mean that it [hasn’t] turned us into the very thing that we tried to separate from. Sometimes, we turn into the very evil that we are defending ourselves from in order to defend ourselves from said evil.” Read… Read more »

The Home Team Issues Double Single, “Roommates” and “Overtime”

After announcing their forthcoming third studio album, The Crucible Of Life, earlier this week, The Home Team have launched a double feature music video for their new singles “Roommates” and “Overtime.”  “‘Roommates’ and ‘Overtime’ are two sides of the same coin,” vocalist Brian Butcher shares. “I’m not super into astrology, but I do admit that I identify pretty heavily with the descriptions of my sign of Gemini in that I flip flop between two sides of myself. These songs are a conversation between those two sides. ‘Roommates’ is from the perspective of a driven, organized and motivated side of me,… Read more »

The Home Team Don’t Mean To “Brag” In New Single

If you ask us, The Home Team has a lot to “Brag’ about on their infectious new single, arriving via Thriller Records. Following the group’s heady success of their irresistible 2023 single “Loud,” “Brag” is a sugary-sweet, pop-infused, guitar-heavy earworm. From the catchy-as-hell introductory guitar chords to vocalist Brian Butcher’s enthralling delivery, we’re already clearing out space next to “Loud” for this track to live rent-free in our heads. Rain City Drive Reimagines Their Song “Frozen”

Rain City Drive has reimagined their latest single, “Frozen,” via Thriller Records. The alt-hardcore act originally released the single in September but has given it an almost holiday-edge decoration to it. The first version was featured on Apple Music’s Breaking Hard Rock playlist. Reworking songs isn’t new; however, the band incorporated post-hardcore sounds with poppy beats and melodies in “Frozen (Reimagined)” while sprinkling in some holiday belles, which helps in slowing down the quicker pacing of the original. With softer vocals as well, the song sounds like it could be in an alt-rock version of a Hallmark or Lifetime holiday… Read more »

The four-piece, self-proclaimed “heavy pop” ensemble, The Home Team, has unleashed their latest dance-worthy single, “Loud,” accompanied by a cleverly satirical new music video. The new release marks the group’s first since signing with Thriller Records earlier in the year.  Distinguished by the group’s amalgamation of infectiously groovy guitar work, commanding basslines, and the captivating vocal range of Brian Butcher, “Loud” is an exhilarating experience and a damn good time. Complementing the pulsating energy of the track is a satirical music video, cleverly parodying directors and harkening back to the nostalgic vigor of VH1 Classic programming. The video serves as… Read more »
