Green Day has announced the arrival of American Idiot 20th Anniversary Deluxe edition—which feels too perfectly timed with the forthcoming election. The deluxe release is scheduled to drop on October 25, 2024, a little more than 20 years after the original album was released on September 21, 2004. Per a report published via Exclaim, Sum 41 has unfortunately been forced to cancel several of their upcoming Canadian performances “due to a minor back injury that requires a few weeks of physician ordered recuperation,” according to The Jubliee venue in a statement on their website.
