Joshua Roberts’ ‘Good For You’ EP Is Exploring New Heights

Joshua Roberts, best known for being Magnolia Park‘s frontman, is here with his debut solo EP Good For You via Epitaph. Across eight tracks, including singles “Stay, Stay, Stay!” and “Darkness,” Roberts departs from pop-punk vocals with soulful sonics and R&B beats. FELICITY Get Moody With “Last Christmas” Cover

It’s not FELICITY’s “Last Christmas” by any means, as they have released a cover of the Wham! classic just in time for the holidays. The single is out via Zodhiac Records and takes a grittier approach to the jolly, poppy track that the late George Michael put his mark on.  Guitarist Drew Rapier says they wanted to put out a cover of their favorite Christmas song as a gift for their fans. “It’s one that we’ve always played acoustically at Christmas parties or for our families. We challenged ourselves to create a version of the song that is unique to… Read more »

The Gavel, the Gobble, and the Grand Old Party

Let’s kick off with Donald Trump’s legal tango in Colorado, where he dances away with a court win. It’s like watching a reality show, but the stakes are actual democracy, and the drama is disappointingly real. Moving on to the Capitol, where Congress miraculously avoided a government shutdown. It’s like watching a group of toddlers successfully bake a cake – messy, surprising, and you’re just relieved the house didn’t burn down. And then, there’s Joe Biden, hitting 81. In the White House, that’s less ‘elder statesman’ and more ‘antique with experience’. It’s like your grandfather running a marathon – impressive,… Read more »
