Staind's Aaron Lewis Joins Linkin Park On 'Crawling' Remix


Staind singer Aaron Lewis will be heard on a new version of the Linkin Park single “Crawling” on the Southern California rap-rock band’s upcoming remix album. Lewis recorded harmonies for the song in Linkin Park’s bus on the Family Values Tour last fall, Linkin Park DJ Joseph Hahn said Thursday. Hahn described the track, remixed by vocalist Mike Shinoda, as spacey and twice as long as the three-minute original. Adam Ant Committed to Mental Hospital


Adam Ant, the flamboyant pop singer who scored hits in the 1980s, has been committed to a London psychiatric hospital after being arrested for firearms offenses, police said Wednesday. The singer, whose real name is Stuart Goddard, was taken to the Royal Free Hospital by police on Monday – just 24 hours after he was accused of pulling out a gun at the Prince of Wales pub in north London. Adam Ant Faces Charges in Pub Fight


Adam Ant, the punk-turned-pop musician who scored hits in the 1980s, faces assault and weapons charges after a scuffle in a London pub, police said Monday. The 47-year-old singer, whose real name is Stuart Goddard, was arrested Saturday night at the Prince of Wales pub in north London. Cartoon hip-hop/popsters Gorillaz are going on tour, confirming nine North American stops, beginning February 23rd in Toronto, in support of their platinum self-titled debut. Britney Spears makes a million bucks for terrorist victims


Britney Spears has raised almost $1 million for victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks through her recent concert tour. After the attacks, she put together the Britney Spears Foundation September 11th Fund and donated $1 from every ticket sold to the cause. This fund was established in the same spirit as her Foundation’s core goal, to help children in need. All proceeds from a memorial T-shirt sold on the tour also helped support the families impacted by the tragedy.
