U2 Announce Fall Tour Dates – But Is Bono Getting A New Job?


If you were worried about missing U2 on their spring tour, don’t fret: The band will be back in North America for a fall swing that will see them playing multiple-night stands in a number of big cities. The 33-date, four-month tour will begin on September 12 with a pair of shows at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto and wind its way through Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Cleveland and Salt Lake City, winding up on December 19 at the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon. Velvet Revolver Return To The Road In March, Write New LP In Transit


Maybe Velvet Revolver can use that Best Hard Rock Performance Grammy as a hood ornament on their tour bus on the upcoming Electric Wonderland Show Tour. Green Day to Begin North American Tour in April


Los Angeles – Punk trio Green Day, up for six prizes at the Grammy Awards on Sunday will launch a five-week North American arena tour on April 15, the group’s Reprise Records label said. The 27-date trek, heavy on college towns, begins in Coral Gables, Fla. at the University of Miami’s Convocation Center, and wraps May 20 at the Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary.
