COIN has released their sad indie-pop heartbreak anthem and music video for “Take It Or Leave It” which is unapologetically uplifting in its instrumentals. (No pun intended.) ONE OK ROCK is delivering pummeling, urgent modern rock in their first offering of 2024, “Delusion:All” featuring a cinematic accompanying music video. The powerful song is part of Kingdom IV: Return of the Great General, which just hit theaters in Japan. The chorus is brutal yet poignant. “Why does it feel/Like they don’t feel anything?/I pray there’s a future behind those walls/(But maybe I’m delusional)/Let’s make a deal/Pretend this bastard democracy/Is just how we want it and we’re not exhausted,” the band sings. The emo cover of the century has just dropped. Anthony Green (Circa Survive, Saosin, The Sound of Animals Fighting, L.S. Dunes) covered Title Fight‘s “Numb, But I Still Feel It.” The track comes from Title Fight’s 2012 record Floral Green. In Green‘s cover, he softens the punk edges of the OG track with his iconic psychedelic rock sonics and glowing vocals. We Are The In Crowd‘s drummer and world’s best (Doug the) pug dad Rob Chianelli offered an important health update after sharing his multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis in October 2023.
