There’s one last party in the Sunshine State this year, and it’s going to be pretty emo. Emo Social, run by Dashboard Confessional drummer Chris Kamrada, announced a packed line-up to grace the Florida lands. The event goes down on December 16 at Wall Street Plaza in Orlando, FL, and boasts an emo legend act and trending pop-punk and alternative artists. Today, iconic rock band Senses Fail has announced a lengthy North American tour and we are so stoked about it. They are bringing out class acts, Holding Absence and Thousand Below as the supporting bands which is sure to be an excellent show all the way around. Although You’re Always On My Mind marks the second full-length release for A Great Big Pile Of Leaves, it’s the band’s first album with an outside producer (Ed Ackerson) and the musical advances shine through. The album feels like the first time you surpass the “small talk†level with someone and realize that they’re holding plenty of mixed feelings about this whole life thing within themselves, too.
