Five men arrested on suspicion of plotting to kidnap singer Victoria Beckham were charged Monday with theft and conspiring to rob Sotheby’s auction house, police said. Child welfare investigators have reopened an investigation of the parents whose daughter is at the center of last week’s sex-tape indictments against R. Kelly.
