Music publishers and recording companies are expected early this week to announce a deal for licensing of music online, removing a hurdle that threatened to thwart industry plans to launch Web services, sources close to the talks said on Sunday. Nine Inch Nails will release Nine Inch Nails Live: And All That Could Have Been, in CD, DVD and VHS formats, on December 4th. All three releases were culled from the group’s Fragility v2.0 tour last year. Head Nail Trent Reznor produced the CD, NIN’s first live album, which will pull together sixteen songs from the tour.
