Los Angeles rap-rockers Crazy Town return November 12 with Darkhorse, the follow-up to the band’s 2000 multi-platinum Columbia debut, The Gift of Game, The first single from the sophomore set, “Drowning,” has already been serviced to radio, with a video directed by Brendan and Emmett Malloy, whose credits include clips for Foo Fighters, Blink-182, 311, and the Used. Garage-rock band The Strokes, riding high in the music charts on both sides of the Atlantic, are to headline the 2002 Reading and Leeds festivals, organizers announced on Tuesday. Cult rock duo Ween will put off the recording of its next studio album in favor of a summer North American tour. Dates begin Friday (April 19) in Asheville, N.C., and are booked through a June 23 appearance at the Bonnaroo Festival in Manchester, Tenn.
