While She Sleeps recently took to their socials to let fans in on a little secret: They’re making a new album. Their post reads, “We have begun recording our 6th full-length studio album. This week I have producer Mike Pepe, he’s been a long time friend and I’ve worked with him on a couple of studio sessions, I get to know Mike better and learn about how he got his start in music and how it led him to be the high in demand producer and writer he’s become today!
With a new album dropping, we knew a Fall Out Boy tour was probably coming soon. We just didn’t know how incredible it would really be. The band is bringing along Bring Me the Horizon and Royal & The Serpent. On select dates you can also find Alkaline Trio, New Found Glory, Four Year Strong, The Academy Is…, Games We Play, Daisy Grenade, and Carr. Fall Out Boy‘s Joe Trohman took to the band’s social media to announce that he’s stepping away from the band. Part of his statement reads, “Without divulging all the details, I must disclose that my mental health has rapidly deteriorated over the past several years. Teaming up with Frequent Visual and Juliet Bryant, they’ve created a tale straight out of the storybook of your dreams. During this piece of art, you feel like life is coming off of pages for a story of the lost love you’re longing for. It perfectly matches Ben Gibbard‘s solemn voice and the band’s melancholy sound.
