Vans Warped Tour Adds Comedy to its Lineup


Punk rock, skateboards and… comedians? This week’s edition of the Vans Warped Tour lineup announcement adds a whole new element to the yearly tour—a comedy tent. Among the names joining the festival are Dave Ross, Sammy Obeid, and Eli Olsberg.

I The Mighty announce new album ‘Connector’


I The Mighty have announced their second full length album, ‘Connector.’ The album is due out June 2nd with Equal Vision Records and the band is currently streaming a new song titled “Playing Catch with .22”

SXSW 2015 Diary: A Subculture in Search of a Subculture


Thursday, March 19th I flew into South by Southwest this afternoon. Tonight, I strode 6th Street. amid the scene here in Austin. I felt a tension between, and within, the musicians, attendees, and the city. The dichotomy is an inclination toward indie values, opposed by the gravitation of commercialism.
