Celine Dion Covers Old Tunes On New Day


Celine Dion’s first studio album since 1997’s multiplatinum Let’s Talk About Love will finally hit stores on March 26. A New Day Has Come, which will mark the end of the pop singer’s two-year hiatus, will feature 16 songs, including covers of Etta James’ “At Last” and Nat King Cole’s “Nature Boy,” according to Epic Records. Missing MTV awards recovered


The trophies used at last week’s MTV Awards were tonight reported to be back in the safekeeping of police after being stolen earlier this week. Thieves swiped 21 gongs, worth about £6,500, from MTV headquarters in Oxford Street, central London, on Monday or Tuesday. Vedder, McLachlan, Crowes Cover Beatles For 'Sam'


Eddie Vedder, Sarah McLachlan, the Black Crowes and 14 other artists will deliver their takes on Beatles classics for the soundtrack to the Sean Penn drama “I Am Sam.” The album, due January 8, also features Ben Folds, the Wallflowers, Paul Westerberg, Nick Cave and Ben Harper, among others, according to a V2 Records spokesperson. Girl band Atomic Kitten have rocketed to number one in the British pop charts with a remake of the Bangles’ “Eternal Flame.” The trio’s rendition of the 80s hit booted Robbie Williams’ “Eternity/Road To Mandalay” out of the top spot to number three, behind “Bootylicious” by Destiny’s Child. Addiction Experts: Bandmates' Support Essential To A.J.'S Recovery


Nearly a week into his stay at a live-in rehab center, Backstreet Boy A.J.
