Call it “Like Kurtis.” Bow Wow, with help from Jermaine Dupri and Fabolous, has remade Kurtis Blow’s “Basketball” for the soundtrack to his upcoming film “Like Mike.” The rappers will gather in Los Angeles next week with director Chris Robinson (Alicia Keys, Snoop Dogg) to shoot a video for the single. Super producer and starmaker Jermaine Dupri will donate $10,000 to launch Hip-Hop for Humanity – a relief effort which is unifying the hip-hop community to provide financial support for the victim’s of the September 11th tragedies. Jermaine Jackson will be reuniting with the Jackson 5 for the “Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration, The Solo Years,” after all.
