Marilyn Manson Court Date Moved To December
Marilyn Manson is hoping that Pearl Harbor Day doesn’t lead to an ambush for him in Michigan courts. The shock rocker’s hearing on charges of criminal sexual conduct and assault-and-battery, which were scheduled to be heard on Friday (November 9), has been moved to the morning of December 7 at the request of his attorneys. Judge Gerald E. McNally of the 52nd District Court in Clarkston, Michigan will hear the case. Manson is free on $25,000 personal bail after a September 21 arraignment at the court.
