London – Stolen gold and silver discs won by Ozzy Osbourne’s band Black Sabbath were recovered Wednesday after thieves dumped them behind trash cans. The discs were reported missing last week after a burglary at the home of Osbourne’s former manager Patrick Meehan, in southeastern England. Kent Police said an anonymous tip had led them to the eight discs, found in a plastic bag dumped behind recycling bins. Looks like it’s going to be a less rockin’ New Year’s Eve this year. The perennially youthful-looking Dick Clark will likely be taking it easy on December 31. Clark suffered a mild stroke on Monday and is currently recovering in a Los Angeles hospital. The 75-year-old television icon has been living with type two diabetes for the last 10 years, but has been a beacon of hope for anyone on the way to their golden years, barely visibly aging a day in just over three quarters of a century. After ages of speculation, ’80s metal fans’ holiday wishes have finally been confirmed: Motley Crue are indeed preparing to embark on a 2005 tour. The outing will be the original four’s first tour since 1999. The Motley Better Live Than Dead Tour will take the band throughout the United States and will also include a load of overseas dates, but for now, there are only two Canadian shows on the schedule.
