Guns N' Roses To Play London


Guns N’ Roses will play the UK for the first time since their shows at the Milton Keynes Bowl in 1993. Tickets go on sale Friday (March 2). A source close to the band hinted the show will not be part of an extensive UK tour, although an extra date at the Docklands has not been ruled out. The band’s long-awaited new album, ‘Chinese Democracy’, is expected in June to coincide with the shows. SR-71 Annouce World Tour


SR-71 is circling the globe for its next tour, which launches with a series of shows in Japan this month. After playing a spring break beach party with MxPx and American Hi-Fi in Jamaica, the band will head back to the U.S. with fellow rockers Dexter Freebish and Diffuser. But the biggest leg of SR-71’s tour will come around when the band joins forces with Bon Jovi, a trek that will send the boys across North America and Europe. Outkast Bolts On Eminem


Chart-topping Arista rap group Outkast has vacated its opening slot on Eminem’s European tour and will return to the U.S., as group member Big Boi prepares for the birth of his child. AOL Time Warner Sees No Way For EMI Deal


AOL Time Warner Inc., the world’s largest Internet and media company, couldn’t figure out a way for its Warner Music Group unit to buy British rival EMI Group Plc, Co-Chief Operating Officer Richard Parsons said Wednesday. EMI Group has been in talks about a merger with German entertainment giant Bertelsmann AG following the collapse in October of its deal with Warner Music.
