2024 is the year of IDLES. The British punk band has been sharing dazzling singles including “Dancer,” “Gift Horse,” and “Grace” ahead of their LP release TANGK, due out on February 16. Way back in 2006, Paramore recorded an acoustic rendition of “My Hero” originally by the incredible Foo Fighters. Now, the cover has finally hit streaming services all these years later. Not sure what took them so long to make this decision, but we sure are happy about it. Along with the acoustic version, Paramore also released an electronic mix as well. Foo Fighters have announced six additional dates to their upcoming US headline tour kicking off this May. The new dates will take place in August, September, and October in Spokane, WA, Salt Lake City, UT, Lake Tahoe, NV, Virginia Beach, VA, Phoenix, AZ, and El Paso, TX. The Breeders are set to open during the Washington, Utah, Nevada and Virginia shows. Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 14 at 10AM local time.
