This year has been filled with challenges and setbacks, but Lauren Sanderson didn’t let any of that stop her from celebrating the release of her debut album, Midwest Kids Can Make It Big in early 2020. Despite the challenges Lauren has stayed focused, creative and inspired. Lauren and I talked a lot about where her determination comes from, how it’s important to honor all sides of yourself and what brings us joy. Lots to learn from this conversation.
